We welcome submissions from new writers and established authors!
We know you’re a great writer with a story to tell, and we hope you’ll be in touch with us. Please review these submission guidelines and terms and conditions before you contact us.
Emailing us fiction submissions
If you are emailing us a fiction submission, please include the working title of your story in the subject line of your email.
In the email, please include a one-line elevator pitch, a short blurb, the target market, word count and genre of your writing.
Then, please attach the first thirty pages of your manuscript and a one-page synopsis in one Word document or PDF. Please lay out your manuscript and synopsis so they are easy to read.
Please finish off the email by telling us your first and last name, your chosen pen name (if applicable), your preferred email address, postcode/zipcode, and contact number. This is also where you can add any other additional comments you may want to include.

If you are emailing a non-fiction submission, please include the working title of your story in the subject line.

Submission Terms and Conditions
Before you submit details of your manuscript to RomaReadsPublishing it is necessary to firstly read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
The material you have submitted is the Author’s own creative and/or well researched work.
At all times the right of the Author to the intellectual copyright of his, her or their work, will be maintained.
RomaReadsPublishing guarantee the privacy and intellectual property of the Author and maintain said privacy at all times.
No information regarding any Author’s personal details will be disclosed to any third parties without the express permission of said Author.
No disclosure of email addresses or similar contact data will be allowed without the express permission being granted by the Author.
RomaReadsPublishing may use the personal details of the Author for correspondence.
RomaReadsPublishing cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or non-return of any material sent to us in hardcopy or otherwise.
We do not accept foreign language submissions. These submissions will be automatically removed from our systems and you may not hear back from us.
At RomaReadsPublishing we currently offer one type of traditional publishing contract.
As I am a small, independent publisher, financially I cannot offer you an advance.
